The Business Cobra Leadership Team consists of 5 people who share a belief that entrepreneurs fighting to grow their businesses sometimes need a little help over the finish line. There are endless challenges in your company’s journey and there is nothing better than knowing you have a team of other entrepreneurs that you can call on who have probably faced similar challenges. We are a tight knit group and great friends. We offer unbiased help, advice and introductions. We offer a space in busy lives for trust, learning and honesty.
Antony, Eliot, Raoul, Kaush and Chris comprise the leadership team.We all want Cobra to thrive and become to become an ever useful part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The Leadership Team
Antony Fanshawe
Antony has a finance and general management background with long experience of turnaround, business recovery and early-stage companies. For the last 35 years or so, he has started, run (and sold) his own businesses. He founded Business Cobra during Covid and is an active director of Lamella MMC Limited, a distributor of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT). CLT is is a fully sustainable and efficient building material. Alongside Cobra and Lamella, he also sells companies, consults on financial challenges and acts as an expert witness on financial matters.
Chris Ray
Chris founded Branta in 2018, a specialist corporate finance advisory firm. With over 20 years of experience in restructuring, financial strategy, and cultural change management within SMEs, Chris has a proven track record of guiding businesses through complex financial situations and events.
Before founding Branta, Chris held key roles in finance companies and led initiatives in capital raising, business turnaround, and strategic planning.
Eliot Jones
Eliot completed his formal education in Winchester, aged 17, and immediately started his own business, where he quickly developed success in the B2C sector.
Following several successful business exits and seeking a new challenge, he joined the family Financial Planning business, where he still works today.
Kaush Patel
Kaush has over a decade of experience in sales and marketing. He is the director of Your Lead Machine, a company specialising in uncovering new potential clients for businesses that hire them. Kaush has a thorough understanding of sales and marketing within the B2B space.
The business is setup with his brother and both are highly involved is growing the business further.
Raoul Perfitt
30 years of experience in running health and beauty companies in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand.
I am passionate about the planet and how to make companies a force for good using our unique influence at a local, national and international level.
